HYPER
Hyper combines compound strength training, hypertrophy work, and targeted conditioning to maximise muscle growth, build strength, and deliver consistent, results-driven progress.
ULTRA
Ultra is a high-energy cardio session designed to build both aerobic and anaerobic endurance. Structured intervals challenge your engine, improve pacing, and keep you moving strong even under fatigue.
APEX
Apex blends strength and conditioning in high-energy sessions designed to challenge multiple physical qualities. Expect varied training, strong team atmosphere, and workouts that push performance and build all-round fitness.
PILATES WITH ARLENE
Trained in Polestar Pilates—the most comprehensive approach to intelligent movement—Arlene’s classes honor Joseph Pilates’ original principles while adapting them for modern life. Expect to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and move more efficiently in a supportive, motivating environment.
STEP
Step is a unique and innovative approach to group step fitness that combines elements of dance, aerobics, and strength training into an exciting workout.
WATT BIKES
WattBike is an interval-based Wattbike session built to develop your engine — combining aerobic work, power, strength endurance, and mixed conditioning.
RECOVERY ROOM
Maximise your recovery with the Premium Membership. Members can choose from cold and hot plunges, infrared sauna, hydrotherapy pool, Therabody recovery room, and red light therapy to relieve soreness, boost circulation, enhance sleep, reduce stress, and support long-term wellness—all under one membership
